weekly Classes
Wednesday: SPEAR KIDS (4:45pm - 5:30pm)
$10 per session.
For primary school aged children.
My goal is to empower children to trust their INTUITION, have the confidence to SPEAK their mind, and DEFEND themselves if need be.
Thursday: SPEAR ADULTS (6:30pm - 7:30pm)
$15 per session.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE.
The information delivered at each class is designed to be separate from the previous weeks class. Meaning, you will always complete a class with new skills. The more you come - the more you learn.
Private classes
Private one on one, and group sessions are available on request.
This is ideal if you have a group of friends or work colleagues you want to train with, or you have a specific self defence scenario you wish to explore.
